Ah! Leah! by Donnie Iris, from the album Back On The Streets, released in 15 July 1980.
The single Ah! Leah! was a hit for Iris, reaching #29 on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100 chart, #19 on the U.S. Billboard Top Tracks chart, and #6 on the Canada RPM chart.
The actress portraying Leah is probably Joanna Lumley, later famous as Patsy Stone in the BBC sitcom "Absolutely Fabulous".

All versions of the video available online are variable quality rips of the same broadcast by the Canadian TV channel "Much More Music" on it's "Much More Retro" program.
Even the best quality looked and sounded average, so I decided to restore it applying the following corrections:
- Audio replacement using the official YouTube upload of Ah! Leah! (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ip9L8IvIsdQ)
- Crop out of VHS noise at the edges of the video
- Perfect fit to 4:3 ratio, then scale to 720p with black borders for improved image quality
- Corrected color curves
- Corrected color temperature
- Corrected saturation
- I decided not to apply Noise Reduction as it removes details and makes the video look smoother than normal, with persons looking like wax statues.

* Please note a huge mistake made by "Much More Music": his name is misspelled as Donny Iris...
